Delete your benjiapps account

Your benjiapps account is the sign-in you use for every benjiapps app, including HappySpace. You can delete it — and everything we store about you — at any time.

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

1. Delete your app data. In HappySpace (web or Android): Settings → Your data → Delete all my HappySpace data. This removes every listing, photo and eBay connection right away.
2. Cancel any subscription. On the web at benjiapps.com/apps/happyspace/app → Plan & billing → Manage billing or cancel. (Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription by itself.)
3. Delete your account. Settings → Manage benjiapps account → Delete account.

Option 2: ask us

Email hello@benjiapps.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my benjiapps account”. We'll confirm it's you, cancel any active subscription, and delete your account and app data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your benjiapps account (email, name, sign-in details).
• HappySpace listings, photos, answers, settings and eBay connection.

What we keep, and for how long

• Billing and tax records of past payments (kept as the law requires, typically up to 7 years).
• Anonymous usage totals with no link to you.
• Backups that may still contain your data are overwritten within 30 days.
• Listings you already posted on marketplaces (eBay, Poshmark, etc.) stay there — delete them on each marketplace.
