benjiapps Terms of Use

benjiapps (“we”, “us”) makes the apps listed at benjiapps.com. These terms apply to your benjiapps account and to every benjiapps app, website and purchase. By creating an account, using an app or buying a subscription you agree to them.
App-specific terms. Some apps have extra terms that apply on top of these, shown on the app's own page. If they conflict, the app's terms win for that app:

1. Your benjiapps account
One benjiapps account works across all benjiapps apps. Sign-in is provided by Clerk. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. You can manage or delete your account from “Manage benjiapps account” in any app.
2. Buying apps and subscriptions
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Charges appear on your statement as BENJIAPPS. We never see or store your card number.
- One-time purchases are charged once at the price shown. What a purchase includes is described on that app's page and in its terms.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period at the price shown when you subscribe, and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Each subscription is for one app; what it includes (for example, a monthly usage allowance) is described on that app's page and in its terms.
- If we change a subscription's price, we'll tell you before it applies to your next billing period, and you can cancel before then.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription anytime from the app's plan or billing page (Stripe's billing portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We don't refund partial billing periods or unused allowances, except where the law requires it. For one-time purchases, an app's own terms may offer a refund window. If a charge looks wrong or something didn't work, email hello@benjiapps.com and we'll make it right.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse benjiapps apps: no illegal activity, no infringing others' rights, no attacks on or overloading of the service, no reselling or automating access, and no attempts to get around usage limits (for example by creating extra accounts). We may apply limits to protect the service and may suspend accounts that break these terms.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into benjiapps apps. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the apps to you, as described in our Privacy Policy and any app-specific privacy notice.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the apps running but can't promise they'll be uninterrupted or error-free, and third-party services we rely on can change. We may update the apps and these terms; significant changes will be posted here with a new date.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The apps are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the app concerned in the three months before the claim.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using benjiapps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we discontinue an app; if we discontinue a paid app, we'll refund any unused prepaid period.
