These HappySpace terms add to the benjiapps Terms of Use, which cover your benjiapps account, billing, cancellation and refunds for all benjiapps apps. Where they differ, these HappySpace terms apply to HappySpace.

These terms cover your use of HappySpace — the website at benjiapps.com/apps/happyspace, the web app and the Android app. HappySpace is a benjiapps product (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using HappySpace you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

1. What HappySpace does

You upload photos of an item you want to sell. HappySpace uses artificial intelligence to write a draft listing — title, category, condition, item details, suggested price, package size and description — and may ask you questions about things the photos can't show. You then copy and paste the listing into the marketplaces you sell on. Where HappySpace offers it, you can also connect your eBay account and post to eBay through eBay's official API.

2. AI-written listings — you are responsible for what you post

HappySpace is powered by AI. You are responsible for reviewing every listing detail before posting to make sure the item information is correct.

AI can misread labels, misidentify products, misjudge condition, and suggest prices or package sizes that are wrong. Suggested prices are estimates, not appraisals or guarantees of what an item will sell for. Before you post, check the title, category, condition, item details, price, shipping and description against the actual item. You are the seller: you are responsible for your listings, for describing items accurately, for honoring sales, and for following each marketplace's rules and the law — including rules on prohibited, counterfeit and recalled items.

3. Accounts

HappySpace uses your benjiapps account, which also works with other benjiapps apps. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use HappySpace.

4. Marketplaces

eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Vinted, Facebook Marketplace, Depop and any other marketplace are independent companies. HappySpace is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. When you connect eBay, you authorize HappySpace to create listings on your eBay account on your instruction; you can disconnect at any time in Settings or from your eBay account. Marketplace fees, rules, payments, disputes and account decisions are between you and the marketplace. For marketplaces without an approved API, HappySpace only prepares text and photos for you to paste — it does not log in to or automate those sites.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Free: new accounts get a small number of free AI-written listings to try HappySpace.
• Subscription: the paid plan is billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you subscribe (currently $9.99 per month) and includes up to 50 AI-written listings per calendar month. Unused listings don't roll over. Answering questions, editing, copying and posting don't count toward the limit.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• You can cancel anytime from Plan & billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don't provide refunds for partial months, except where required by law. If something went wrong with a charge, email hello@benjiapps.com.
• If we change the price, we'll tell you before it applies to your next billing period, and you can cancel before then.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use HappySpace to list items you don't have the right to sell, counterfeit or illegal goods, or anything a marketplace prohibits; to upload photos you don't have the rights to use; to upload images of people without their permission; to overload, probe or attack the service; or to resell or automate access to HappySpace. We may apply usage limits to protect the service and may suspend accounts that break these terms.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of your photos and listings. You give us permission to store and process them only to run HappySpace for you — including sending them to our AI provider to write your listing and to eBay when you choose to post. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep HappySpace running but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Marketplaces and AI providers can change or stop features we depend on. We may update HappySpace and these terms; if a change is significant we'll post it here with a new date and, where appropriate, notify you.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

HappySpace is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy of AI-generated content, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost sales or profits, marketplace fees, account actions taken by marketplaces, or losses arising from listing content you posted, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for HappySpace in the three months before the claim.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using HappySpace anytime and delete all your HappySpace data in Settings. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the service; if we discontinue a paid service, we'll refund any unused prepaid period.
