benjiapps Privacy Policy
Last updated September 16, 2026
This policy covers your benjiapps account, benjiapps.com and payments for benjiapps apps. Each app also explains the data it handles for its own features:
- HappySpace privacy notice (photos, AI listings, eBay connection)
What we collect
- Account: your email address, account ID and (if you add them) your name and profile details, through our sign-in provider Clerk.
- Purchases and subscriptions: which apps you've bought or subscribed to, subscription status and billing dates. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never receive them.
- “Notify me” sign-ups: the email address and app you asked to hear about.
- Logs: standard server logs (such as IP address, pages requested and times) kept for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
To run your account and the apps, process payments, send the emails you asked for, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. We don't sell your personal information and don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (email delivery and network traffic) and Hetzner (servers) process data on our behalf.
- App-specific providers are listed in each app's privacy notice.
- We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. Billing records are kept as required for accounting and tax. Backups are kept for up to 30 days. Logs are kept for a limited time.
Your choices and rights
You can update or delete your benjiapps account from “Manage benjiapps account” in any app, and delete app data from each app's settings — step-by-step instructions, including how to ask us to delete it for you, are at benjiapps.com/delete-account. To access, correct or delete personal information, or for any privacy question, email hello@benjiapps.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them.
Children
benjiapps apps aren't for children under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
